What the app keeps, and where
Twin-Wit saves your guesses, the hint you used and whether you solved each day's puzzle, so the game is still there when you come back. This is saved only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is erased when you delete the app.
What the app reads from your phone
Only today's date, from your phone's own calendar, to decide which puzzle to show. The date is used on your device and is not sent anywhere.
What the app does not do
- It does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail.
- It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- It contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics tools.
- It does not connect to the internet to play.
Sharing your result
If you tap Share, the app hands a short piece of text to your phone's own share screen. Where it goes from there is your choice, and is handled by the app you share it with (Messages, Facebook and so on) under that app's own privacy policy. Twin-Wit never sees it. The shared text contains no personal information: only the puzzle number, its difficulty, and a picture of how close each guess came.
Children
Twin-Wit is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children.
